Календарь тренировок
Указанные даты тренинга будут реализованы при условии формирования группы не менее 8 человек.
Учебные курсы проводятся стационарно в классе или дистанционно, в зависимости от предпочтений отдельных лиц и групп. Онлайн-сессии проводятся в форме синхронного дистанционного обучения (DLS), т.е. основаны на живом взаимодействии между студентами и инструктором при поддержке ИТ-системы.
В случае индивидуальных заявок взимается первоначальный взнос, который гарантирует бронирование места на тренинге и включается в полную стоимость курса. Цена данного курса указана в его описании. Если минимальное количество участников тренинга не набирается, первоначальный взнос возвращается в полном объеме.
Курсы дистанционного обучения проводятся онлайн, и их участниками являются физические лица или люди, записанные на курсы организациями, которые входят в ИТ-систему с помощью собственных устройств из любой точки мира. Студенты также могут быть собраны в одном классе и использовать один компьютер и проектор, например.
В рамках дистанционных курсов участники, после покупки доступа к курсу, входят в ИТ-систему со своих устройств из любой точки мира. Студенты также могут собраться в одном помещении и использовать один компьютер и, например, проектор.
Помимо онлайн-курсов DLS, мы также предлагаем дистанционное онлайн-тестирование по нашему утверждению Part-147. Это означает, что экзамены могут проводиться за пределами нашего штаб-квартиры, на месте, указанном клиентом, под наблюдением уполномоченного представителя ALL4JETS. Однако такое решение возможно только в случае экзаменов, организованных для группы, предоставленной одной организацией/клиентом.
Обучение начинается после сбора группы не менее 8 студентов.
Занятия обычно начинаются в 8.00 по европейскому времени и длится 6 часов. Также возможно установить другие часы в соответствии с предпочтениями группы, после сообщения о такой потребности.
Практическое обучение организуется для группы из 8 человек, аналогично теоретическому обучению. Дата тренинга зависит от доступности самолета. Практика обычно организуется по запросу организации, имеющей доступ к самолету. Если ALL4JETS может гарантировать самолет, практическое обучение может проходить в Варшаве, Катовице или в другом месте в Европе. Цена практической части на человека рассчитывается исходя из стоимости доступа к самолету и количества студентов в группе. Практические занятия обычно начинаются днем и длится 6 часов.

Мы проводим курсы повышения квалификации авиационных техников, персонала организаций по обслуживанию и CAMO — в настоящий момент предлагаем следующие курсы:

Initial and Recurrent Training
The newly adopted provisions for dangerous goods training incorporate a competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) approach and become mandatory for dangerous goods training as of January 1, 2023. The objective of competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) is to use the necessary tools to clearly establish the training needs for a specific job position and then ensure that employees acquire the level of knowledge and demonstrate the right skills to perform that position.

Any organization which introduced a Safety Management System (SMS) conducts activities aimed at improving its operational efficiency and safety. The organization aims to ensure the proper functioning of SMS while maintaining and even reducing the overall operating costs. At the same time, other systems used in the organization, e.g. on compliance with applicable regulations, health and safety at work, quality, security, fatigue management, are usually the subjects of separate studies, although they are based on a similar decision-making mechanism. Therefore, combining the similarities and common needs of different systems leads to more efficient and effective management at the highest level through development of an Integrated Management System (IMS). The integration of the above-mentioned systems results in the reduction of operating costs, reduction of tasks duplication and in more effective use of the working time of the management staff.

The scope of the courses may be standard or tailored to Customer’s needs. Following our Customers’ expectations, theoretical parts of most training courses are also offered as distance or on-line learning.
ALL4JETS co-operates with a large group of well-known and experienced aviation professionals, such as TR/ SF instructors, safety and evacuation procedures instructors, CRM instructors who are also active pilots, flight attendants, engineers, aviation security specialists as well as with other personnel of widely understood aviation specialization.
Classes may be conducted in Polish, English and Russian.
